QUINTESSENCE TRANSNATIONAL WEBRADIO IS AN INNOVATIVE CHANNEL CREATED IN MAY 2023
IN ORDER TO PRESENT THE OUTPUTS OF SCHOOL PROJECTS SUPPORTED IN CIVICS COURSES BY TWO CLASSES OF THE "Lycée Ravel" HIgh School in 2022-2023 (Première 5 et Terminale G4). FIRST UPLOADS WILL BE COMPLETED BY SOME PRODUCTIONS MADE BY OUR eTWINNING PARTNERS IN THE "FORUM Noah" PROJECT THEN QUINTESSENCE WEBRADIO DOES EVENTUALLY CONSIST IN A PODCAST WEBSITE SUPPOSED TO BECOME FROM JANUARY OR SEPTEMBER, 2024: THE TOOL FOR ORAL TRAININGS AND DISSEMINATION IMPLEMENTED IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE FUTURE ACMÉ TRANSNATIONAL PARTNERSHIP (ERASMUS+, Key action2).

Inaugurée le 17 mai 2023 afin de concrétiser l'achévement du projet de classe annuel réalisé en EMC par les divisions de Première 5 et Terminale G4, QUINTESSENCE RADIO est un site de baladodiffusion, pensé pour aider au partage des productions des eTwinners du projet FORUM Noah, alimenté par des productions étrangères dès le mois de juin, mais qui, à partir de septembre prochain, deviendra la principal vecteur de médiatisation (et par ailleurs un moyen d'entraînement à l'argumentation orale) du partenariat ACMÉ. Ledit projet (dit "Citoyens du Monde") réunit sept entités, dont le Lycée Ravel, dans le cadre d'une candidature commune éligible au programme ERASMUS+ de coopération scolaire (action-clef 2) ; il prendra plus d'ampleur s'il obtient d'être co-financé par l'UE. Un fil RSS sera notamment mis en place ainsi que des émissions en direct, à titre exceptionnel, voire - sur ce site - quelques productions en images.
the Quintessence.Radio has a logo which was made by a student from the BILGIC HIGH SCHOOL in Cesme ; it does remind us what are the main challenges to be overcame in order to develop a global citizenship: manage efficiently the resources (as water) and produce food and energy enough for Human Beings but in the same time protect Nature and Wildlife and maintain Equity and Freedom

THE WEBRADIO WILL NOT BE "WATCHED" ONLINE BUT THE STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE PROJECT WILL BE SUBSCRIBED TO "QUINTESSENCE" AND WILL BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO ITS CONTENTS AS SOON THEY ARE SHARED
IN THE FUTURE: most of the posts may be published by ACMÉ partners and/or Forum NOAH eTwinners to valorize the european cooperative projects ERASMUS+ / interactivity would increase thanks to polls or contests like the DRAWINGS AND GRAPHIC NOVELS contest implemented to finish the eVe+ partnership.

SOME DEBATES ARE USUALLY DISSEMINATED ONLINE BY THE BIG RADIOS / A ROLE PLAY WAS DONE BY OUR STUDENTS TO PREFIGURATE THE FUTURE CONTROVERSIES WE WISH TO PUT ONLINE
the orders were:
- appointment of two moderators: a presenter (responsible for introducing the speakers but also for distributing the floor) and an observer (who quickly explains the nature of the debate and formally asks the question after the presentation then makes a synthetic summary of the exchanges, at the end )
- preparation of intervention between speakers divided into two camps (a few notes written as arguments)
after formulating a problem
- selected themes: overcrowding, transparency and sharing of passwords / online harassment / networks and health: (for example: "addiction, fake news, conspiracies: does the Net drive you crazy?") etc.
please be indulgent since pupils have only 45 mn to do the job (in French)!
